Ivory

Project Ivory is a two-bedroom residential apartment in Ikoyi, Lagos, transformed into a refined, intimate retreat that balances quiet luxury with considered functionality. The project involved a comprehensive interior renovation to elevate the existing space into a cohesive, design-led home.

We led the full renovation and interior design process, beginning with new flooring throughout, selected to anchor the space in warmth and continuity. Custom millwork was designed and executed across the apartment, bringing tailored precision to storage, cabinetry, and built-in detailing that reflects the home’s understated character.

Lighting was a central focus of the design, with a layered approach that combines recessed ceiling fixtures, ambient wall lighting, and task-specific placement to create depth, intimacy, and a sense of considered calm across every room.

The design balances softness with structure — through tonal wall finishes, upholstered surfaces, and curated furnishings that bring warmth without clutter. Each space was treated as a continuation of a single, cohesive narrative: one that speaks to quiet confidence, comfort, and the kind of beauty that reveals itself gradually.
